I have a rash that antibiotics & antifungal cream wont clear up ?

the rash is on my inner thighs its like a group of small red spots that is itchy, especially at night iv had this for like 4 months.


Also on my penis and scrotum i have had like a bad itch on certain places then a red hard lumpy spot appears that has no puss but is hard grows wen you itch it. They go away but take a week or so.


Any ideas ? Iv been o nantibiotics and anti fungal and its not been helping at allI have a rash that antibiotics %26amp; antifungal cream wont clear up ?

If its not bacterial or fungal then it could be something viral....like herpes maybe?
