Can a 19 year old start using anti aging cream?

I was wondering whether using anti aging cream rather then normal moisturizer would make a bigger difference in the future for my skinCan a 19 year old start using anti aging cream?

The best hint I can give you is: avoid exposure to the sun without sunscreen and shade etc. The minute you get burnt or tanned your skin cells become ';traumatised'; (hence the change in skin colour) because they're being cooked by the heat - just like meat in an oven!





Personally, I'd use a moisturiser with spf 30+ sunscreen in it for day use. Leave the anti-aging treatments (if you decide to go that way) for at night. You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to look after your skin for the future.

there are a lot of theories out there that say that using anti aging cream may help keep your face smooth as you age, but there aren't studies that prove that people using a good moisturizer on a regular basis won't get equally good results. i would stick with a good moisturizer that you like and use it religiously.
